Why “Theseus”?
The ancient Greeks asked a question: if a ship at sea has its planks replaced one by one until none of the originals are left, is it still the same ship?
Our answer is yes. As long as it keeps sailing towards its purpose, it is the same ship, and a sturdier one.
Theseus is the FDE system NeuronSpark built for its own work, and the way we work: the business keeps running while we replace one “plank” at a time (a form, a manual approval, a heavy piece of software) with an agent or an automated workflow. Each plank first states why it exists, and is measured before and after.
Why start with the first plank?
Becoming AI-native is not one big rebuild; it is a metabolism. Replace the first plank and measure it: keep what works, remove what doesn't, and write down what was learned, so the next plank goes faster and steadier. The first plank is where the loop starts turning.

Most of the work happens online. Only three things need people: one final-cause interview (remote is fine), someone inside your team who drives adoption, and approval of every irreversible action.
