Liu Junshuo is the founder of Guanlan Think Tank, operating as NeuronSpark Media-Tech Limited, a Hong Kong–registered generative engine optimization (GEO) and AI product studio. What he does is simple: work out why a problem is worth solving, then build the thing that solves it — usually by building alongside the pathfinder, not by selling them a consulting report.

Everything he has built over the past two years lives in the agent library: MEMECMO, a GEO SaaS covering five major AI engines and ranked first by share of voice among Hong Kong AI marketing providers; Musicraphy, a brain–computer music therapy platform spanning BrainLink hardware to a full Electron desktop stack; DirectorAI, a podcast agent that makes director-level editorial decisions; a brand and digital system for next-generation live biotherapeutics; an enterprise CRM with an AI sales agent for a Vietnamese focus-media group; and the SEA Command Center, a multi-agent GEO orchestrator for Southeast Asia. Across domains he swaps modules, never the architecture.

He works like a hackathon captain: hackathon cadence, co-building with the client, prototype first, methodology deposited back into the library.
